Prospecting and account management: You passionately and proactively acquire new customers.
Lead management: You handle inbound leads, nurture contacts, and successfully move them to close.
Proposals & contracts: You create persuasive proposals, presentations, and contracts and follow them through to closing.
Teamwork: You work closely with our Marketing and Customer Success teams to optimally meet customer needs and continuously improve our processes.
Requirements
Sales experience: You have at least 3 years of experience in B2B tech or SaaS sales — e.g., as an SDR, Account Executive, Account Manager, or in Customer Success.
SaaS knowledge: You are fluent in the full sales cycle from discovery through demo to negotiation and closing.
Qualification skills: You identify early which opportunities have real potential and are not afraid to disqualify unsuitable leads.
Track record: You have consistently delivered strong results in previous sales roles and reliably met your sales targets.
Relationship management: You build trust, develop robust customer relationships, and gain internal champions on the client side for successful collaboration.
Languages: Very good German and English skills.
