Role Overview
Assess and qualify requests escalated from Level 1
Perform actions to resolve Level 2 support requests
Update required information in the ticketing tool
Maintain and update documentation (operational procedures/manuals, user guides)
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Computer Science or equivalent
Proven practical experience in a related role
Qualify and handle requests with rigor and a strong customer-service orientation
Use ticketing tools to ensure structured follow-up
Execute database queries and manage application access
Work collaboratively in a team with clear and effective communication
