Lead the development, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow applications, modules, and solutions, ensuring alignment with business and strategic objectives.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather, assess, and convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions, while adhering to best practices.
Design, build, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using APIs, MID Servers, and various integration approaches.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to troubleshoot complex platform issues, perform root cause analysis, and maintain the stability and reliability of ServiceNow solutions.
Oversee and deliver end-to-end platform maintenance, including upgrades and patches, ensuring proactive risk mitigation and minimal disruption to business operations.
Produce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, process workflows, user manuals, and knowledge base content.
Ensure all implemented solutions meet security, data protection, and compliance standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, with proven experience in complex environments.
Strong expertise in JavaScript, APIs, ServiceNow scripting, and advanced platform functionalities.
In-depth understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, including core modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and system integrations.
Proven ability to design and implement reliable integration solutions with third-party systems using technologies such as REST, SOAP, and JDBC.
Solid troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and root cause analysis capabilities for resolving complex platform issues.
Self-driven, detail-oriented, team-player, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
