Monitor individual development plans and initiatives aimed at leadership growth.
Facilitate communication between HR and the business, ensuring alignment of corporate strategies with client-area needs.
Promote practices that reinforce engagement, collaboration, and team ownership.
Prepare analyses and action plans with leadership to support decision-making.
Use data to evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives and to guide strategic actions.
Serve as a consultative partner to leaders on labor relations matters, advising on decisions aligned with current legislation, internal policies, and people management best practices.
Support managers in handling sensitive situations such as disciplinary measures, terminations, conflicts, internal movements, and other workplace relations matters.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Postgraduate degree or MBA in People Management, Business Management, or related areas is a plus.
Solid experience as an HR Business Partner or in consultative HR roles.
Experience in Organizational Development, Performance Management, Talent Management, and Change Management.
Experience working directly with leaders in medium
to high-complexity environments.
Knowledge of HR metrics and People Analytics.
Familiarity with HR systems (Senior, SAP, SuccessFactors, or similar) and analytical tools such as Power BI.
