Support consultative and litigation matters related to Corporate Law.
Assist in drafting, reviewing and analyzing corporate contracts, notices, memoranda, reports, corporate documents and other legal instruments.
Draft initial versions of procedural documents, statements, simple appeals and other documents related to judicial, administrative and/or arbitration proceedings.
Monitor judicial, administrative and/or arbitration proceedings related to civil, commercial, corporate, consumer, regulatory or business matters.
Conduct legal research in doctrine, case law and legislation to support analyses, opinions, pleadings, contracts and legal strategies.
Contribute to the analysis of legal risks in commercial, corporate and contractual transactions, under the guidance of more experienced lawyers and partners.
Prepare reports tracking cases, consultative matters, deadlines and required actions.
Organize documents, information and materials needed for internal and external meetings.
Update internal systems, spreadsheets and controls for legal cases or requests.
Support senior associates and partners in prioritizing tasks, monitoring matters and ensuring the technical quality of deliverables.
Requirements
Law degree with active registration in the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
Initial/entry-level experience in Corporate Law, preferably at a law firm.
Experience in corporate contracts, civil and/or corporate litigation and/or corporate law matters.
Research ability, organizational skills and capacity to meet deadlines.
Attention to detail, a strong sense of responsibility and willingness to engage in continuous learning.
Ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks under the supervision of more experienced professionals.
Intermediate English.
Postgraduate studies or a specialization in progress in Corporate Law, Contracts, Civil Procedure, Corporate/Corporate Governance, Compliance, LGPD, Tax or related areas will be considered an advantage.
Basic knowledge of compliance, data protection, intellectual property, consumer law, regulatory matters, arbitration, M&A and tax issues related to business operations will be considered a plus.
