Master Data Management – Business Service Reporting & Controls

Role Overview

• Develop specific knowledge in one subprocess area
• Participate in meeting service levels and key measurement targets of the team
• Deliver high quality and cost-effective service
• Analyze day to day issues of a practical nature and resolve them

Requirements

• Good in SAP & CRM system knowledge
• Electronic Fund Transfer (“EFT”)/Automated Clearing House (“ACH”), lockbox checks, and online payments.
• Ability to perform and support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
• Prepare and post journal entries (accruals, deferrals, reclasses, adjustments)
• General Ledger Management, Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Prepare and review monthly reconciliations
• Variance Analysis & Insights
• Support management reporting and commentary
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, SOX requirements, and accounting policies
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation
• Participate in control testing and remediation actions
• Manage fixed asset accounting, capitalization, and depreciation
