About this role
Role Overview
Collaborate with engineering teams to initiate and support product development efforts
Gather and analyze data from various sources to assess product performance
Maintain up-to-date documentation, including product changes and meeting notes
Assist in gathering user feedback through channels such as surveys and usability studies
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and support the creation of test cases
Document existing processes and identify areas for improvement
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and work cross-functionally with teams
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in a product, project, business analyst, or similar support role (internships included)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
Basic data literacy (Excel/Google Sheets)
Curiosity and eagerness to learn from senior product leaders
