Your responsibilities include selling and supporting our service offerings for construction machinery in West Mecklenburg–Vorpommern, within the operating area of the Rostock branch.
In addition, you are responsible for the personal and independent support and advisory of your customers as part of our comprehensive customer service.
You are responsible for selling customer service offerings and spare parts.
With your subject-matter expertise, you support the sales and implementation of digital service solutions.
You proactively advise existing customers and acquire new customers.
You also coordinate service and spare-part orders and prepare repair quotations.
You create tailored problem solutions from our comprehensive service portfolio, aligned with the needs of our customers.
Requirements
Education
You have successfully completed a commercial or technical vocational training.
Practical experience
You have experience in service sales, dispatch/scheduling, and spare-parts sales.
Customer and sales orientation
You demonstrate a strong sales focus and act in a customer-oriented manner.
Doer & team player
A proactive, hands‑on approach and strong communication skills are among your strengths.
IT skills
Confident use of common MS Office programs, DispoTool, and Salesforce completes your profile.
