About this role
Role Overview
- Support end-to-end accounting activities and financial reporting
- Ensure accurate General Ledger processes, reconciliations, and compliance with accounting standards
- Contribute to process improvements, internal controls, and audit support
- Partner with cross-functional teams
- Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Prepare financial reports and ensure compliance with US GAAP
- Collaborate with site controllers and stakeholders for accurate financial reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial analysis
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Experience with SAP or Oracle ERP systems
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS is an advantage
- Professional accounting certification is a plus
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
