About this role
Role Overview
Educate and upskill operational colleagues through training, coaching and knowledge transfer initiatives.
Develop training programmes, workshops and other initiatives for banking operational teams.
Monitor effectiveness of training programmes and recommend improvements.
Identify industry trends to implement best practices in learning and development.
Collaborate across the bank to identify knowledge and skills gaps.
Participate in projects to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness in learning and development.
Create and maintain induction learning content in collaboration with experts.
Ensure induction delivery is controlled, auditable and aligned to regulatory standards.
Requirements
Experience with programme coordination and stakeholder management
Experience in learning design and content development
Experience in training delivery and cohort consistency
Experience building induction programmes
Strong risk and controls awareness
