Conduct a variety of organizational compensation services, including market analysis, equity studies, and job evaluations.
Build relationships with partners in HR and across Bon Secours Mercy Health (BSMH).
Provide thoughtful, responsive support on a variety of compensation matters.
Support cyclical compensation activities such as the annual rewards cycle process, annual market review and pay equity analysis.
Serve as system experts in Workday and compensation survey management tool, Payfactors.
Partner closely with Compensation Consultants, providing strong analytical support through market analysis, equity studies and job evaluations.
Present recommendations to business leaders under the general guidance of Compensation leadership and/or Compensation Consultants.
Assist in developing, updating, and maintaining compensation policy and procedure documentation.

3+ years of experience in compensation theory and practice, job evaluation methodologies, FLSA, and regulations related to Compensation
Previous experience using a personal computer and various software packages (e.g. Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) is required.
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
Preferred
1+ year healthcare experience, Workday experience, job pricing tool (Payfactors, MarketPay, etc.) experience
