Act as a strategic agent leading Information Technology projects, ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions on time and within budget, aligned with client needs and organizational objectives.
Lead multidisciplinary teams.
Promote effective communication among stakeholders.
Ensure the adoption of project management and governance best practices.
Facilitate agile rituals and ceremonies at the team level.
Organize and coordinate activities and work packages using methodologies to help prioritize tasks, remove impediments, share knowledge, and foster an agile mindset across teams.
Plan and monitor projects, ensuring deliveries meet expected schedule, cost, and quality targets.
Manage project risks, changes, and issues.
Manage communication with stakeholders and keep project information up to date.
Conduct procurement, acquisition, and financial control processes for projects.
Monitor and validate project execution by vendors/suppliers.
Deploy deliverables to staging (homologation) and production environments.
Transition the project to support/maintenance teams.
Use an internal methodology based on project management best practices.
Requirements
University degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
Proven experience as an IT project leader, with experience across all phases of the project lifecycle.
Experience with software acquisition and implementation projects.
Experience interfacing with vendors, internal clients, and support areas.
Planning and monitoring of scope, schedule, deliverables, costs, risks, and quality.
Communication and stakeholder management.
Financial management and procurement/contracting processes for projects.
Monitoring and validation of vendor deliverables.
Implementation of solutions in staging (homologation) and production environments.
Knowledge transfer to support teams.
Project management methodologies based on best practices.
Experience with MS Project, Microsoft Teams, Office 365, and SharePoint.
LGPD (desired).
Basic knowledge of information security, monitoring, and/or infrastructure (desired).
