About this role
Role Overview
Support the organization and facilitation of our People & Sustainability rituals
Support responding to internal service requests related to the goal-setting process
Work on governance activities for the area, including assisting in the development of performance indicators
Create related templates and dashboards
Support payment processing activities, including entering invoices
Guide employees on the overall Performance Management process.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Business Administration or related degree program
Proficient in using Excel spreadsheets and in creating presentations with PowerPoint and Canva
Intermediate English.
