Requirements
You have completed vocational training as an insurance clerk and/or hold a degree in a relevant field, e.g., Business Administration, Business Informatics, Insurance / Risk & Insurance, Industrial Engineering or comparable programs with an insurance focus.
You have 3–5 years of experience as a project manager in the insurance sector, ideally in a management consultancy or an insurance company.
Ideally, you have knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM), digitization, workflow and input management, Lean Management or process optimization.
You bring experience with insurance processes and understand how to design and sustainably implement complex workflows efficiently.
Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma or other qualifications in Operational Excellence and process management are a plus and demonstrate your methodological expertise.
You work independently, manage your projects autonomously and actively contribute your own ideas.
You understand our clients’ needs, provide partnership-based advice and build trust-based relationships.
You find innovative solutions for complex challenges and implement them successfully.
You enjoy working remotely from home (up to 100% of your working time) and are willing to travel to client sites.
You are proficient with MS Office and comfortable using digital tools for project management and presentations.
