Manage compliance with obligations arising from court judgments;
Monitor and validate the fulfillment of obligations and case closures;
Consolidate data, prepare reports, and monitor closure indicators;
Track and report reasons for disengagement and withdrawal of representation;
Ensure client requests related to case closures are addressed and responded to;
Perform operational oversight of the caseload, ensuring quality and compliance with obligations;
Participate in the preparation and analysis of management reports.

Bachelor’s degree in Law;
Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB);
Experience in Consumer Law, with practice in mass litigation;
Experience working in legal teams, including performance monitoring and defining litigation strategies;
Knowledge and experience in management by indicators (KPIs) and familiarity with legal performance metrics is a plus.
