Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle for a variety of digital projects, including strategy, websites, e-commerce, videos, systems, and products
Define project scope of work, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams
Develop and manage daily tasks, and create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
Effectively allocate and manage project resources, including designers, developers, and QA specialists
Identify and assess potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
Facilitate clear and consistent communication between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders
Ensure projects meet the highest quality standards and client expectations
Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of project management processes and best practices
Requirements
6+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager or Producer in a creative agency
Solid understanding of the project lifecycle, including Agile methodologies
Experience managing a variety of digital projects
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp)
Bonus if you are proficient in the following systems: Slack, ClickUp, Harvest/Forecast, Google Suite, Smartsheets
