About this role
Role Overview
Conduct onboarding and guide customers through their journey;
Develop consultative relationships and ensure an excellent customer experience;
Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and internal teams;
Monitor key success and satisfaction metrics;
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with the sales/commercial team;
Organize follow-up and strategic alignment meetings;
Record information and track action plans in the CRM;
Share insights with internal teams to continuously improve products and processes.
Requirements
Experience in Customer Success, Customer Service, or Client Relationship roles;
Experience in marketing agencies, technology companies, or digital product businesses;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Analytical, organized, and problem-solving mindset;
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously;
Results-oriented with a focus on retention and customer experience.
