About this role
Role Overview
You own the entire sales cycle — from first contact to closing
You close new merchants via inbound (70%) and outbound (30%)
You meet and exceed your revenue and closing targets
You conduct sales calls, demos and contract negotiations
You work in a structured way with CRM and pipeline management
You relay customer feedback directly to Product & Growth
You actively drive our go-to-market strategy
Requirements
3+ years of experience in SaaS sales OR you’re extremely driven and ready to learn everything
Proven ability to close complex, consultative software deals
You take full ownership for your numbers
You work independently, in a structured way, with clear pipeline logic
You’re obsessed with sales, SaaS and digital business models
Native-level German + strong written and spoken English
You are a hunter, not a caretaker — you pursue success, you don’t just manage it.

OTE €110,000 — base salary + commission, uncapped
