Install and configure Boardwise for multiple clients on the Azure platform
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Azure services
Work with customers to analyze requirements and develop appropriate solutions
Maintain and enhance technical documentation (installation guides, etc.)
Continuously improve deployment automation and cloud architecture
Provide technical support to customers as needed (remote)
Collaborate closely with the internal development team on technical challenges
Optimize deployment, performance, and architecture
Requirements
Required: Experience in the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure / M365)
At least 1 year of experience as an Azure Administrator or in a DevOps role
Good knowledge of the Azure platform, the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework, and related services (M365/Exchange Online, Teams, Entra ID, Azure DevOps)
Fluent in German and English
Experience in technical customer support
Excellent communication skills
