Responsible for leading the delivery of on site ICT support services
Manage priorities and oversee day to day service performance
Handle complex technical issues that require specialist knowledge
Contribute to improving processes and services
Support projects and work closely with stakeholders to ensure technology effectively enables service delivery
Requirements
Proven ability to deliver and lead high quality ICT support in a complex environment
Technical expertise with the ability to resolve complex issues and act as an escalation point
Effective leadership and organisational skills, including planning workloads and supporting team performance
Communication and stakeholder management skills, with a clear focus on customer service and continuous improvement
