About this role
Role Overview
Provide customer service with a focus on retaining subscribers who intend to cancel;
Provide support to customers across different channels, such as phone, WhatsApp, email and chat.
Requirements
High school diploma required; ongoing university studies will be considered a plus;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Experience in customer service, sales and/or customer retention is desirable;
Comfortable using digital tools and channels;
Ability to work with various customer service systems;
Demonstrated agility and commitment to delivering results;
Problem-solving focus, strong negotiation skills and a commitment to service excellence;
Must reside in Porto Alegre and/or the Metropolitan Region.
