You develop and scale growth strategies across multiple digital channels
You plan, coordinate, and produce high-performing content and conversion-focused copy

You identify new growth opportunities and prioritize initiatives
You conduct keyword, competitor, and audience analyses
You work closely with teams such as Product, Design, SEO, and Performance Marketing
You ensure fast, pragmatic, and high-quality execution of initiatives

Relevant experience in growth, digital, or lifecycle marketing
Experience with content, SEO, or social strategies
Good knowledge of marketing and growth tools such as Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Ahrefs, Semrush, CapCut, Canva, or the Meta Business Suite
Strong command of language and the ability to communicate empathetically with users (German C2 written and spoken, English at least B2)
Ability to perform keyword, competitor, and audience analyses
Understanding of content, SEO, social media, and analytics
