Define the technical architecture of projects and ensure consistency of technology choices
Lead and mentor a team of developers to support their skill growth and enforce best practices
Design, develop and optimize applications in Java and Angular or ReactJS
Oversee the implementation and improvement of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Jenkins
Ensure code quality by establishing development standards, conducting code reviews, and implementing automated tests
Collaborate with business and technical teams to align technical solutions with functional requirements
Act as the technical reference and propose innovative solutions to meet project challenges
Work in Agile mode and actively participate in Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, review, retrospective).

Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Computer Science
At least 7 years of experience in development and technical leadership
Strong proficiency in Java and Angular or ReactJS
Expertise in software architectures (microservices, cloud, RESTful APIs, etc.)
Solid experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
Proficiency with continuous integration and deployment tools (Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes)
Good knowledge of DevOps practices and automation principles
Natural leadership and ability to unite a technical team
Rigor, autonomy and excellent analytical skills
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
English proficiency is a plus.
