Organize and drive upskilling for the relevant scope
Participate in business requirements analysis and in writing functional and technical specifications
Validate estimates proposed by the application maintenance (TMA) team and plan implementation phases
Supervise development and provide techno-functional support to developers
Organize testing phases, business acceptance (UAT) and production deployments
Prioritize development work based on deadlines and business priorities
Present project dossiers to IT governance committees

Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) to Master’s degree (Bac+5) or equivalent
Proven previous experience in the same field
Strong ability to analyze business needs and write specifications
Experience coordinating developer teams and managing UAT and production release phases
Experience in the banking / insurance / pensions sector
Familiarity with technical environments such as Java J2EE, Spring (including Security and Keycloak) / AS400 / COBOL / Jackson JSON / Swagger / Frameworks: CXF, Jersey / Logging: SLF4J, Logback / JSF / PrimeFaces (web interfaces) / Vue.js / CSS / Hibernate / Oracle (database) / Testing: JUnit, Mockito / Deployment: GitLab / Versioning: Jenkins, Nexus / Monitoring: Kibana / Tracking: Matomo
Good knowledge of monitoring and development-tracking tools would be a plus
