Receivables and deadline management: You handle receivables and deadline management and, together with your team lead, navigate the world of efficient financial processes.
Accounting: You are the organizational expert for outgoing invoices, monitor the outgoing invoices ledger, and independently process supplier invoices using DATEV.
Monthly reporting: Your attention to detail comes to the fore in the monthly preparation of the BWA (Betriebswirtschaftliche Auswertung — managerial financial report). You also actively support the quarterly preparation of shareholders' meetings.
Monthly payment run: You give the monthly payment run special attention and stay in close contact with our tax advisor to ensure a smooth cash flow.

You are an enrolled student (minimum 3rd semester) in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field.
Ideally, you have already gained exposure to controlling and finance through internships.
You are skilled in analyzing financial metrics and have very good Excel skills.
Your attention to detail makes you an invaluable support to the finance team when navigating complex figures.
You demonstrate very good communication skills in German and English and present yourself professionally.
