Working independently and managing your own caseload which includes drafting of all enquiries, emails and other correspondence
Reviewing title and accompanying legal documents
Preparing reports on title including various legal research when required and dealing with all relevant duties in relation to completions
Dealing with clients and firms of solicitors in a professional manner and maintaining close contact
Requirements
Previous experience in a fee earning role, ideally focused within Real Estate (exposure to conventional lending work a huge bonus)
Technical and legal knowledge of conveyancing
Experience dealing with a high volume caseload gained within a fast paced commercial property environment
Experience of using case management systems
Drive, enthusiasm, commitment and a team player approach
