You independently manage and develop your B2B accounts — from gathering requirements from marketing and sales, through implementation in HubSpot, to ongoing optimization.
You are the primary point of contact for your clients and manage the account relationship yourself.
You design and implement HubSpot CRM systems, automation workflows, forms, landing pages and integrations with other systems.
You analyze existing setups, identify improvement opportunities and implement them independently at the client.
You advise clients on inbound marketing as well as marketing and sales processes.
You help build and further develop our HubSpot and marketing automation area: processes, standards and service offerings.
You use and co-develop AI-supported workflows with us that remove routine tasks and create time for substantive work.
Requirements
Several years of hands-on experience (ideally 2–4 years) with HubSpot — in implementation, not just conceptually.
Experience with additional tools such as ActiveCampaign or Brevo is a plus.
Proven project experience: you have independently or in a leading role delivered automation and CRM projects.
Experience in direct collaboration with clients — you can manage an account relationship on your own.
A completed degree (e.g. Business Administration, Business Informatics, Communications, Marketing) or an equivalent practical qualification.
Structured, independent way of working and a strong hands-on mentality.
The ability to break down complex topics and visualize them clearly.
Project management skills as well as strong communication and coordination abilities.
Solution-oriented mindset and approach.
German at business-fluent level (C1/C2).
