Conduct counseling sessions within a family's home, assessing and addressing family dynamics, communication issues, and challenges
Work directly with all family members in their environment
Conduct comprehensive evaluations, including individual needs, relationships, and environmental factors
Provide counseling sessions, teaching coping mechanisms, parenting skills, conflict resolution strategies, and other necessary skills to strengthen family relationships
Services are provided two to four hours per week as needed
Clients are located in Jackson and Hillsdale counties
Highfields offers a flexible schedule and the ability to complete documentation remotely
Staff meetings are held in-office
Requirements
Master's degree in counseling, social work, or directly related field (will consider if bachelor's degree is obtained and are in process of completing master's degree)
State licensure commensurate with required degree (consideration given if currently in process of obtaining or ability to obtain)
One year or more experience in providing counseling services to children and families
Valid driver's license
