Perform all opening and closing tasks for the front desk and lobby.
Print patient demographics and schedules.
File necessary paperwork.
Maintain a clean and organized lobby area.
Manually check in patients unable to use virtual systems, ensuring everyone feels supported.
Communicate efficiently with team members to provide updates on patient arrivals, delays, or other on-site needs.
Foster an atmosphere of teamwork, contributing to the overall success of the office.

Experience: At least 2 years in a customer service role.
Preferred previous experience in a medical office setting
