- Deliver consulting engagements in digital transformation, operational excellence, organizational design, or change management
- Lead and manage engagements and teams of consultants
- Ensure the value delivered to clients and act as a trusted point of contact
Requirements
- Master's degree (or equivalent, Bac+5) from a top business or engineering school or a university
- Proven initial experience at a management and transformation consulting firm or within a large corporate group
- Experience participating in projects related to operational excellence, organizational design, or change management
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an open-minded attitude
