A strong technical foundation with a minimum of 6+ years in software engineering and 3+ years in a people management role.
A technical degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
Proven experience shipping and maintaining consumer-facing mobile applications or their backend services at scale.
A deep understanding of modern agile development methodologies and a capability to apply those in the context of agentic workflows. Solid track record of improving team processes.
Experience hiring and building high-performing, inclusive engineering teams.
Strong communication, delegation, and project management skills, with the ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from inception to launch.
