About this role
Role Overview
Identify, engage and qualify HR decision-makers to generate business opportunities.
Conduct multichannel prospecting activities (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.).
Understand the business and HR challenges of contacts.
Rigorously qualify opportunities and ensure a smooth handoff to Account Executives.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of prospecting processes.
Requirements
1 year of experience in B2B prospecting.
Comfortable using digital tools, including AI tools.
Ability to craft relevant, attention-grabbing outreach.
A genuine competitive spirit and a strong appetite for challenge.
Fluency in English and/or Spanish is a strong plus.
