About this role
Role Overview
- Own a product space from discovery to launch and how it fits beyond to become part of a platform
- Identify customer and business problems, and define product requirements, priorities, and success metrics
- Work closely with Engineering teams to bring solutions to life
- Validate ideas through customer feedback, testing, and experimentation
- Monitor performance and continuously improve outcomes
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Help shape Resourcify's long-term product and AI strategy
Requirements
- Several years of experience in Product Management, taking end-to-end ownership of complex products in the B2B space
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and creating structure where none exists
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to translate complex topics into clear decisions and actions
- Enjoy taking ownership and driving initiatives independently
- Fluent in English
- fluency in German is a strong plus!
