Ensure timely accomplishment of all maintenance repairs and inspections
Monitor progress of aircraft inspections and repairs
Ensure personnel under Crew Chief jurisdiction are qualified
Head up and direct the group assigned with initiative
Lay out and assume control of quality and quantity of work
Provide on-the-job instruction to the group assigned
Properly execute and process all forms related to the group
Maintain the hangar and shops in a clean manner
Schedule maintenance activities accordingly.
Requirements
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Airframe and Powerplant Mechanics Certification
Minimum one (1) year or more of diversified aircraft and engine maintenance and repairs preferred.
Knowledge of aircraft, accessories, components, fasteners, and other hardware.
Knowledge and Experience with the following aircraft are preferred but not required: ATR, Embraer EMB-120, EMB-135/145, Fairchild SA226/227, Saab SF340A/B, S2000, Beechcraft King Air.
