Develop intelligent workflows that automate repetitive accounting and operational processes
Build modular, multi-agent systems that work together as a scalable platform
Continuously identify opportunities to expand automation and improve business efficiency
Rapidly translate business ideas into practical, production-ready AI solutions
Build AI systems to automate transaction coding and categorization
Create workflows for bookkeeping, receipt processing, client information gathering, and other accounting tasks
Integrate AI solutions with accounting platforms like Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, etc.
Support ongoing evolution of an AI-first accounting platform
Collaborate with leadership to prioritize and deliver new AI capabilities.

Proven experience building AI-powered workflows, agents, or automation systems (at least 2-3 years)
Strong experience with Claude and Claude Code
Experience designing and deploying agent-based or multi-agent systems
Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI application development
Experience building practical AI solutions for real business environments
Hands-on experience with Python, APIs, workflow automation platforms, and system integrations
Strong understanding of workflow architecture, process optimization, and systems design
Ability to independently design, build, deploy, and continuously improve automation solutions
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
