Leading Data Automation & Integration Solutions: leading the design, development, and maintenance of scalable automation workflows and data integrations across internal systems (e.g., CRM platforms, Microsoft Purview, Data Fabric/OneLake).
Delivering Reporting, Analytics & Business Insights: developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions using Power BI, Excel, and related technologies.
Acting as a Trusted Advisor to Business Stakeholders: critically assessing and validating data used in financial, operational, and strategic decision-making.
Advancing Data Quality, Governance & Compliance: establishing and maintaining robust data validation, reconciliation, and quality control frameworks across internal and external data sources.
Driving Continuous Improvement & Innovation: identifying opportunities to leverage automation, AI, and advanced analytics to improve business processes.
Supporting and Oversees Reporting Infrastructure: managing and supporting the ongoing performance, maintenance, and enhancement of automated reporting environments, ensuring reliability, scalability, and alignment with evolving business needs.
Requirements
Undergraduate Degree in in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Five or more years of experience in data analytics, reporting and automation
Strong experience with: Data automation and transformation tools (e.g., SQL, Power Automate, scripting tools)
Business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI)
Advanced Excel functions and tools, including Power Query, Power Pivot, and complex formulas
Microsoft data platforms and technologies, including Microsoft Purview and Data Fabric/OneLake
Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
Microsoft certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Power BI, Azure) and/or Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) designation required
Azure certification, experience with Microsoft Fabriq IQ, and Microsoft Purview considered an asset
Experience working within a membership-based, healthcare, or not-for-profit organization
Familiarity with enterprise data governance, privacy, security, and compliance standards
Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Azure, AWS, or GCP
Familiarity with CI/CD, version control (Git), and DevOps practices for data environments
Experience with additional BI and analytics tools such as Tableau or Looker
Experience working within the Microsoft 365 and Power Platform ecosystem.
