Role Overview
- Provide advanced technical support in Cloud environments.
- Configure, manage, and deploy solutions in Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
- Work with infrastructure, networking, identity, Kubernetes, and automation (Terraform, PowerShell, Azure CLI, ARM).
- Assist customers and technical teams in resolving complex incidents.
- Create documentation, share knowledge, and provide technical support to the team.
Requirements
- Experience in Cloud support and infrastructure.
- Knowledge of Azure, AWS, and/or GCP.
- Experience with infrastructure automation (IaC).
- Analytical, collaborative profile with a strong problem-solving focus.
- Technical English.
