Manage and grow client relationships within the construction chemicals industry
Focus on technical support of customers
Drive sales, identify new business opportunities
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Act as the primary point of contact for customers
Prepare and present sales proposals, technical solutions, and product information
Collaborate with technical support, product development, and marketing teams
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Negotiate contracts and close agreements
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field, alternatively relevant work experience within concrete industry or injection focus
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical support / technical advisory and / or sales within the construction chemical industry
Proven track record of working with projects where injection technology has been used
Focus on and drive towards achieving sales targets and growing customer accounts
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse clients
Results-oriented with a strong business acumen
Proficiency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
Valid driver's license (regualr travel within Norway is required in this position)
