Managing all accounting functions for BELAY Financial, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and reconciliation processes.
Applying independent thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and analyze issues and implement effective solutions.
Supporting the team by managing tasks, requests, and inquiries related to the assigned engagement roster.
Collaborating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to support informed financial decision-making and resolve discrepancies.
Compiling and reviewing monthly financial statements and forecasts.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Must own the details, possess exceptional clerical talents, demonstrate business acumen, and show an understanding of general accounting, including accounts receivable and payable functions.
Attributes of self-discipline, strong organizational skills, and action-orientation are essential
Initiative and ability to anticipate and address potential issues with a strong sense of ownership over tasks and deliverables
