Own Fluence’s product offerings to include identification and evaluation of ideas from a business and technical feasibility standpoint.
Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for Platform Products.
Support and consume market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to communicate product changes and ensure successful implementation.
Oversee the entire product lifecycle for new features and ensure timely delivery of enhancements and updates.
Responsible for communicating the strategy, roadmap, and value propositions to stakeholders.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in engineering, physics, or other technical discipline.
Experience in workflow tools such as JIRA.
Experience in and knowledge of Agile development methods.
Experience working with Supply Chain and procurement teams.
Ability to utilize data and statistical analyses to inform decisions.
