Overseeing all day-to-day PBM operations
Act as the liaison between clients and cross-functional internal teams
Ensure timely/successful delivery of client requests
Manage the resolution status of routine to complex requests related to clients' business requirements
Engage internal departments and client resources to work on outstanding issues
Provide routine updates to the client
Critically think about complex situations to find optimal outcomes
Drive resolution within a timely manner and ensure that all Client Performance Guarantees are met

1+ years of experience in a client services-based environment or previous account management experience
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Able to be on camera for meetings with reliable attendance
