Role Overview
- administers and executes non-annual incentive compensation
- Executes day to day administration of non-annual incentive compensation for applicable business segments within the organization
- Monitors compliance with internal controls through auditing and testing of incentive inputs and outputs
- Provides applicable analytics and modeling to support overall organizational financial and operational soundness
- Leverages various forms of technology in support of incentive calculations and analytics for applicable business segments
- Provides day to day research and communication for field inquiries
- Leads business-specific projects designed to enhance employee awareness and understanding
Requirements
- university / college degree with < 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program
- a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
