Supervisor, Intake & Enrollment

Role Overview

• Oversee the intake process and staff for all existing PACE locations
• Cultivate referral sources that ensure and maintain stable census growth
• Monitor the intake process flow and ensure timely enrollment
• Develop, facilitate, and coordinate training of Intake Specialists
• Manage productivity, report findings, and ensure CRM utilization
• Work closely with other PACE cross-functional departments
• Ensure compliance with State and Federal PACE Regulations
• Develop Corrective Action Plans (CAP) for audit purposes

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in business/marketing or health care-related field preferred
• A minimum of 3 years supervisory experience is required
• Experience working with the elderly and their families, preferably in a community agency or health care setting, is required
• Bilingual: Cantonese/Mandarin/Vietnamese/English or Spanish/English required.
