Maintain Design System Excellence: Support the brand’s digital design system by contributing to strengthening the web design system of the brand (UI kit), managing the component library, conducting regular trend research initiatives and evolving templates, files, and other digital assets.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, UX/UI, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in graphic and digital design, with a strong focus on web-based environments.
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and user-centered methodologies.
A strong portfolio that showcases creativity, attention to detail, design thinking, excellent graphic quality and a wide range of design styles.
Expert-level proficiency in digital design tools, including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of tools (Word, PowerPoint). Desired knowledge in Webflow.
Desired proficiency in AI tools aimed at UX/UI development/prototyping and innovation.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern layout frameworks to effectively collaborate with development teams and ensure design feasibility.
Experience designing and optimizing websites, landing pages, microsites, and interactive web components for B2B audiences.
Familiarity with design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability across digital assets.
Awareness of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices for inclusive digital design.
Bonus points for experience in interactive design, motion graphics, basic video production.
Proficiency in English at a bilingual conversational level is a MUST-HAVE. All work is carried out alongside a global team of marketing professionals.
