About this role
Role Overview
Lead onboarding efforts for new users, business processes, and use cases within the ARES platform.
Analyze current-state business processes and translate them into future-state workflows and system requirements.
Create and maintain process maps, workflows, and documentation using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar platforms.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), readiness activities, issue resolution, and production implementation efforts.
Identify process gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations that enhance efficiency and user experience.
Partner with internal WCIB Operations teams to gather requirements, answer questions, provide guidance, and support platform adoption.
Build trust and influence stakeholders through organizational and process changes, even when working without direct authority.
Support platform enhancements, production troubleshooting, onboarding initiatives, and other strategic business technology projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure successful implementation and long-term adoption of business solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Five or more years of direct experience (with project lead responsibilities), or eight or more years of related experience
Experience documenting, analyzing, and improving business processes through process mapping and workflow design
Knowledge of Visio, Lucidchart, or comparable process-mapping tools
Experience coordinating testing efforts, UAT activities, and implementation readiness
Strong understanding of how business processes translate into data flows, operational requirements, and system functionality
Ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus across multiple teams
Experience supporting system implementations, process transformation initiatives, or technology adoption efforts
Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
