Conducts end-to-end project management of multiple concurrent L&D initiatives that are cross-functional and strategic in nature.
Oversees all phases of the project lifecycle including intake, planning, development, logistics, delivery readiness, execution, measurement, and continuous improvement.
Directs cross-functional teams to complete project deliverables within defined timelines and scope.
Partners with Strategists, SMEs, Learning Delivery Teams (LTDs), and Workforce Management to ensure alignment between business strategy, learning solutions, and execution.
Defines project scope, objectives, milestones, and resource requirements.
Develops detailed work plans, schedules, and status reporting to ensure project visibility and accountability.
Leads project governance through kickoff meetings, status calls, and stakeholder communication, proactively identifying risks, resolving issues, and removing roadblocks.
Ensures adherence to quality standards across deliverables and manages the integration of cross-functional and vendor contributions where applicable.
Drives measurement and reporting of project outcomes, including KPIs and success metrics.
Leads post-mortem analysis to capture insights, best practices, and opportunities for improvement, and communicates results to stakeholders through client readouts and executive updates.
Requirements
5–7 years of project management experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
Proven track record managing projects from initiation through closure on time and on budget.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
PMP certification preferred.
Agile/Scrum certification preferred.
Prior L&D, learning operations, or training program management experience.
Familiarity with training operations, instructional design lifecycles, and learning content vendors.
