Understanding of SailPoint’s use of machine learning and LLM‑backed services within supported cloud regions to power access recommendations and identity intelligence.
Experience using LLMs or AI services to analyze SailPoint operational data such as task results, logs, workflows, audit events, or entitlement metadata.
Experience building AI‑assisted tooling for:
Incident and failure triage
Root‑cause pattern detection
Runbook or SOP assistance
Operational summarization or insights
Familiarity with guardrails that ensure AI is assistive only and does not bypass IAM governance or approval controls.
