Senior Commercial Relationship Manager – SVP, Asset Based Lending

Role Overview

• Originate, structure, and manage asset-based lending relationships within the middle market, large corporate and sponsor-backed client segments
• Deliver customized working capital solutions supported by accounts receivable, inventory, and other collateral
• Serve as primary client contact for ABL product and partner closely with credit, underwriting, field exam, and portfolio management teams
• Source new ABL opportunities through in house referrals and direct calling
• Develop referral networks with private equity sponsors and internal partners
• Maintain strong client engagement and monitor performance trends
• Evaluate field exams, appraisals, and participate in credit memo development

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field or four years relevant experience
• Minimum of seven years commercial portfolio management experience
• Five years of experience in ABL, leveraged finance, or commercial banking
• Proven ability to originate and manage complex credit relationships
• Strong understanding of: Borrowing base mechanics (A/R, inventory, reserves), Collateral-driven underwriting, Sponsor and leveraged transactions
