Lead Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Manage multiple concurrent workstreams while ensuring timely project delivery
Track Agile metrics, including sprint velocity, burndown, and delivery progress
Manage backlogs, dependencies, and blocker resolution
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
Prepare delivery reports and communicate project status to stakeholders
Support migration, modernization, and cloud transformation initiatives
Utilize Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools to manage project delivery

5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, or Agile Project Manager
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and aggressive delivery timelines
Strong experience with: Sprint Planning, Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
Agile Delivery Tracking, Velocity, and Burndown Reporting
Dependency Management and Blocker Resolution
Backlog Management and Delivery Reporting
Cross-Functional Team Coordination
Experience supporting migration, modernization, or cloud transformation projects
Proficiency with Jira , Azure DevOps , or similar Agile delivery tools
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification
Experience supporting large-scale application or database migration programs

Must be willing to support and work with a government client
Must be willing to undergo fingerprinting as part of the onboarding process
Must successfully complete a government background investigation (CJIS-type clearance)
