Role Overview
- Serve as the strategic lead and primary point of contact for complex client relationships
- Provide expert consultation on service enhancements
- Guide clients through strategic decisions
- Ensure exceptional client experience
- Cultivate long-term partnerships built on trust
- Assess client needs through strategic planning and consultations
- Recommend service enhancements and lead resolution of complex client issues
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of Vanguard funds and services
Requirements
- Ten years financial services experience
- At least five years of institutional relationship management/sales experience
- Recordkeeping (retirement plan administration) savvy required
- Ability to develop senior/executive level relationships
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- This job requires a regulatory license and/or registration (e.g., FINRA, state, SFC)
